Azerbaijan says one thing, does another – David Babayan

In an interview with Tert.am David Babayan, Spokesman for the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), commented on a statement by an Azerbaijani defense ministry spokesman that Azerbaijan is ready for a "unilateral ceasefire."

The problem is that Azerbaijan’s statements are different from the facts. Azerbaijani forces continue shelling, trying to intrude into Nagorno-Karabakh’s territory.

“This is what Azerbaijan is practicing: saying one thing, doing another. This is the second instance during the last day. Last evening they officially announced a ceasefire, but they did not. And the same is now.

“We are willing for any constructive steps. But the problem is that the enemy is not showing any constructive attitude. So we can do nothing, but curb them.”
